God I hate the gym, but consider this ……………………….

Hi There

Don’t we all unless you’re a fitness addict what’s there to like – not a lot in my humble opinion.

For me its a struggle, middle age spread and all that – ha ha!!!

But we all know that sometimes things just have to be done – ok yea once you’ve sweated your heart out for an hour or so and the endorphins have kicked in you feel good until the aches next morning – ha ha. But bottom line is especially as we get older and the middle age spread and spending too long in front of a pc screen take their tool kick in it’s the price you have to pay

Takeaway – just like an online business isn’t it?

If you don’t put the effort and hours in – it won’t happen

If you don’t stretch yourself, take yourself out of your comfort zone – nothing happens

If you don’t listen to your trainer (mentor or coach) and lean how to do exercise properly – you’ll damage yourself (won’t get the traffic to your site, won’t sell, won’t build your online presence, and grow your business)

So go and sweat it out – develop your body and your business!!
