My “Diaries of a Serial Property Investor” Is Live on Amazon!

Hello

As I mentioned a couple of days ago, I’d uploaded my new Kindle product and was just waiting for it to ‘go live’. Well it has and just to refresh your memories here’s what its all about:

The Diaries of a Serial Property Investor

Click on the Cover to take a look!

The Reality of Property Investment and

How You Might Retire a Millionaire if you’re Lucky!

This book covers our journey through property investing and the buy-to-let market in the UK. I’ll tell you why we started, how we nearly stopped, the highs, lows and absolutely terrible periods but most importantly what we’ve achieved over the last twelve years of our’ adrenaline rush’ journey.

We are not property gurus, this is not a “How To” become a property investor hyped up manual but a “warts and all” diary of our activities that might be interesting for would-be investors.

Ok so what’s all this got to do with internet marketing I hear you ask?

The downside of course is you tend when writing like that to not construct it in the best of English and sometimes it doesn’t make a load of sense. Any way here’s what I learnt from the exercise

  • Its gratifying utilising your spare time to do something productive.
  • The sense of satisfaction is enormous, once you’ve done it, mine ended up at over 30,000 words
  • It’s absolutely essential that you get others to proof read it; I had my wife and my daughter do it. My daughter was great being at uni and writing essays all the time her perspective on my English and punctuation was interesting to say the least!!
  • Do take the time to edit it fully, don’t skimp on it.
  • Do have a professional cover designed. I used an outsourcer off the Elance outsourcing site to produce the cover and format the book – he did a great job!Do check out your competitors on Amazon before setting the cover price.
  • Do promote your ebook as much as you possibly can on as many platforms as possible.
  • It proves a point, we all have something we’ve done, are passionate about, can inform and/or teach others you just have to search your memory banks and start writing. And even if your writing skills are an issue don’t forget you can always get someone else to re-write and edit it into half decent English.
  • Finally get on and do it because if you don’t you’ll never know how successful you could have been
  • Anyone can do it; it doesn’t need to be a masterpiece. I used a pen name because I may well write more in different niches.

If you have the time, please go and take a look. Let me know what you think.

Until the next time

Tony
